If you missed my newsletter including a great couples workout (you can do it solo too!) for your post-celebration sweat session. šŸ˜‰ Reid and I try to find any spare moment we can to get a workout in, so if you have zero time like us, the guide below will work great for you!

QUICK AND EASY WORKOUT GUIDE
Warmup
50 Jumping Jacks
10 Burpees
30 Seconds of Mountain Climbers
10 Burpees
30 Seconds of Mountain Climbers

Strength Training for Toning
10 Pushups
(Feel free to get some assistance or use a step to add an incline)
10 Free Jumps
(Jump as high as you can and squat as low as you can)
10 Pushups
10 Free Jumps
10 Pushups
10 Free Jumps

10 Lunges
30 Toe Taps
(Tap your toes on a nearby step)
10 Lunges
30 Toe Taps
10 Lunges
30 Toe Taps

25 Calf Raises
(Stand on the nose of a step and lift your calves up and down.  Make sure to have a full range of motion)
1 Minute of Jump Rope
25 Calf Raises
1 Minute of Jump Rope

Cool Down
Stretch
Walk
