What to see in NYC

by Shalice Noel

Happy Monday! Atalie and I are leaving for NYC tomorrow, and we are absolutely buzzing with excitement! It’s her first big adventure in the Big Apple, and we’ve been brainstorming all the must-see spots. The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island are at the top of the list for some iconic sightseeing. Then, we’ll stroll through Central Park, maybe even rent a rowboat on the lake. Times Square is a must for that quintessential NYC energy, especially at night when it lights up like magic. We can’t miss a visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art for a dose of culture and history. Finally, we’ll take in the breathtaking views from the Top of the Rock or the Empire State Building. Atalie is itching to try out some of the upper east side thrift shops. Any other must-see spots or hidden gems we should add to our itinerary?
