What I found at the NSALE today

Today I visited my local Nordstrom with Reid and styled some looks! There were too many florals and print if you ask me so I combed through the selection with a fine tooth comb. Which look is your favorite?

Mother Jeans – have tons of stretch so you can go down a size. I tried on a 26, and 25, and ended up getting a 25.

FRAME dress. Gorgeous shape, sleeves and cut. A must have if it’s not sold out. I got a small/.

Sam Edelman boots I went down half a size since they were sold out of size 9.

L’Agence Flares – I got my true 26

Valentino Belt not included in the NSALE, but its reversible, I’ve worn it more times than I can count and downright chic. Definitely, a worthy investment buy.

Ted Baker Trench – super chic but keep in mind it runs small, I’m wearing a size 1 here.

Pink Nordstrom Suit Pant and Blazer. Sold separately. I got a small in the blazer, size 4 in the pants.

FRAME pink silk top I got a small

Treasure & Bond Stripe Sweater – I got a medium since oversized is so hot right now. I love a cozy knit for fall.

Cloud Swift Running Shoe – So comfy. I got my true size. Now I know why this brand has a huge cult following.

Eileen Fisher Wide leg pants – perfect for travel, with pockets. I got an XS (sz 2-4) and has a comfy viscose spandex blend. Made in USA.

Louis Vuitton Toiletry 26 Bag – love this underrated bag for day or night!

Versatile Workwear I Love

One thing I’m trying to do more of lately is give you all more workwear inspiration. I know a lot of you are corporate women who need some ideas for all kinds of outfits! Because I don’t head into a formal office every day, I like to try and put together both fashionable and versatile looks that can work for the office, but also for any other event on your calendar. Today, I am showing you one of my favorite brands for this kind of style – Tommy Hilfiger! Tommy Hilfiger is a classic brand in my opinion and I know whatever I pick from them will be perfect for any occasion. I went for these straight, cropped trousers and a preppy cardigan I’m wearing as a top (one of the fall trends to watch!). From flowy blouses to a silk cami with a blazer – the options for what to wear on the bottom are endless! I also had to top it off with a little animal print clutch and a white mule because they’ve become a wardrobe staple for this mama. Do you guys want more office looks? Polka dots are always Classic

My in-laws are in town and date nights were the original plan. However, life had other plans. Levi got sick and won’t let go of me, so goodbye freedom and yummy Italian food at Gales alone with Reid. Oh well, my mother-in law organized my kitchen cabinets so I can’t complain too much. We got a raincheck for a date night at Gale’s.

I found this polka dot camisole online on sale — love the print. It came with a skirt that I also ordered. However, it didn’t look good on me. So I styled it with my old favorite denim, practical hat (in this 100 degree heat) and pink blush sandals.

What happened When I Wore the Day Heels

Nearly four thousand reviews do not lie. These Day Heels are 5 star: comfy, buttery soft, and chic. And just when I thought that wasn’t possible!

The elasticized back allows movement and no blisters. I’ve worn these for hours and no blisters. I always want a heel without pain. Especially on days I am mostly on my feet or running to meetings on the west side.

Here I styled the red day heel with a leopard billowy top, skinny jeans, and small Chloe Faye bag for date night but stay tuned as I’m not done with these babies yet.
