I’ll admit, one of my favorite searches to do is for a “CHUNKY KNIT.” I mean, what other sweater knit is there? I love the texture and feel and nothing is more fall ready than a sweater. Agreed? I also wear them year round with denim shorts and when we go up to our A frame in Lake Arrowhead. Writing this post is getting me in the mood for fall, crisp cool mornings, coffee and a blueberry muffin in hand.

I don’t know about you, but this week flew! It was chillier than normal and I made soup and we are still wondering what day it is after Christmas. Can you relate? I made the kids do homework over break, but I’m redeeming myself as “Fun mom” by taking them to the park every day. Hello new found workout! When I’m not in leggings and running shoes literally chasing my kids, I’m in cozy knits and flattering jeans. Pretty simple. I am so excited to be asked to partner with Ann Taylor again here on the blog. I was asked to choose 8 pieces and had SO much fun picking palm prints, cute ruffle tops, linen shorts and honestly, I found more than 8 pieces. As many of you know, I do not go to an office, but I’m asked often if I could style some ways to wear elevated office appropriate looks for my readers. Viola! An easy creme off the shoulder top with palm pants and white heels. You could also add a blazer to make this look more formal. The team at Ann Taylor always seem to knock prints out of the park from florals to palm prints. I’m always drawn to their pencil skirts, belted shorts and fun pants.
