How do you take it? 

I take 1 tablespoon in the morning and I tablespoon at night of liquid biocell life. I take 1 tablespoon of trim in the AM. 

What I’ve noticed so far taking the biocell LIFE collagen: 


Hair growth, less inflammation, pain decreased, no more knee joint discomfort. Nails are crazy growing, hair is thicker and healthier skin. In addition, my skin is looking more youthful, smoother and tighter even on my belly. 


What I’ve noticed with trim:

I’m not craving gummy bears, not always hungry, fluff is gone, and body composition is leaning out.

It’s a very special week of giving thanks and gathering round. My aunt, cousin and her daughter is coming to our house Thursday, along with my parents. A full house of 12! It should be fun and I can’t wait for the green beans! Here are 3 things to do this week:

1. Decide what charity to give to as a family. We did Secret Santa this year with Door of Hope, a homeless ministry that is doing exciting things to help our local community.

2. Decide what to donate. If more is coming in, more needs to go out. It’s also important to talk to the kids about donating to the less fortunate and giving especially to the families that were displaced from the CA fires!

3. Order everything you can online. Driving from my cousins house last night I saw traffic backed up from people going to the outlet, so silly! I wanted to yell out the window, “Make your life easier, order online!”
