While Christmas is 29 days away, no worries, Nordstrom has some great gift ideas from $50! I am happy to report that contactless curbside pick up was a breeze and it even came with a free coffee or hot chocolate. I really liked the option to pick up in store as sometimes I need something RIGHT AWAY and can’t wait. My team scoured the Nordstrom site to find only our top favorites under $50. Here’s why we chose them:
I am living in these joggers, I bought them in black and I’m on day 3. Guilty as charged. Now, I want them in dark gray as well. After all, 2020 is the year of the jogger.
This robe is as fluffy IRL as it looks online. The faux fur trim on the hood and interior is sooo soft. While I don’t really use the hood, I feel like ice princess when I wear it, and the kids give me extra hugs because it is THAT soft. Win-win.
If you’re looking for a quality slip-on slippers without the hype or weird fit, look to none other than this $44 pair. Reid almost stole them tonight as I watched him tell me he needs another new pair. Yes, we can share shoes, thats for another blog post!
This bra was in my cart for 5 hot seconds before it was sold out again. It made it to the top 10 because ALL my blogger friends swear by it, its on sale, and that’s why its sold out again! Crazy. I’m going to try and hope for a re-stock. I like the “bronzed” color.
I got so many compliments on this red beanie when I wore it in Omaha to visit my in-laws. There is something about a pop of red, and did I mention its $29?
The Wubby fleece pullover is that perfect pullover to wear after you ate 3 too many slices of pumpkin pie and want to watch the last scene from Love Actually. Comfy and under $40. Bam!
$40 Dog tag necklace, a perfect stocking stuffer for young and old, sold!

Happy Fall!! This is by far my favorite season to dress for.
I met Angela Lanter in LA a couple years ago! She has since moved to TN, but we still have a lot in common, we are moms who like affordable and accessible fashion. Today, we styled this $28 poncho and $50 boots that look like Isabel Marant. Even though were on opposite sides of the US, we are joining forces to style these boots and poncho two ways.
See her blog here for more!
This poncho has arm hoes and is a whopping $28! No, that is not a typo. What do you think, which look is your favorite?
Thank you Angela for partnering today, see both our looks on instagram today!

$35 Pants 4 Ways

by Shalice Noel

Happy Friday! I’m sharing a couple outfits I shared on my IGTV. I was struck how versatile and cute these tan pants are!

Tan Pants under $35 // Turtleneck on sale! // Leopard Belt // Belt similar // Coatigan // Snakeskin Heels // Sneakers similar // Wrap top in size small // Pearl Sandals sold out // Black turtleneck // Leather jacket and similar under $100 // Black Camisole // Fendi Bag

“I don’t need any more versatile pants in my closet,” said nobody ever. Seriously. We can all use pants that have a thousands uses, and these pants fit the bill! I styled them 4 ways to show you just how versatile they are, and to give you a few ideas to get you started. Life has a way of getting busy. For us, it’s gymnastics, on the way to piano, a little Spanish to make things interesting and tutoring on the side. With all that going on, easy outfits are a must. Plus, there is the extra benefit of that super-low cost-per-wear thing that happens with versatile pieces. You’re welcome.

See everything on my shop page below:

wrap dress under $50! Fits TTS I’m wearing a small // sandals // jacket // sunglasses // necklace similar //

The season of dresses all day, every day is upon us! And let me tell you, that is amazing news for someone with a growing bump (although none of these options are maternity, which makes them even better!). I love this time of year because all my favorite brands are releasing their new dresses for summer, so the time to stock up is now!
Today I’ve rounded up some of my favorites for you guys so you’ll be ready for all the summer weddings and brunch dates on restaurant patios. Of course there’s plenty of floral options because who doesn’t love floral for spring and summer? I’m also a big fan of the wrap dress, so I’ve included that style as well. I find that it’s just really flattering on any body type.
The best part of this roundup? They’re all under $50! No need to feel guilty for this mini little shopping spree! The price point is super wallet friendly and saves enough for that beach vacation. 😉
Thank you Nordstrom for sponsoring this post!

Red and camel are one of my favorite color combinations. Reid’s aunt gave me a vintage camel coat and I couldn’t get enough. This combination is so classic and camel seems to highlight most colors like red.  Notably so, this sweater is under $40, so don’t feel badly about this impulse purchase. I don’t think I’m the only one who is having the hardest time not buying all the sweaters. I wish my girls would wear them because they look so cute on them with leggings. As I write, I’m wearing one and sweating, ha. Gotta love SoCal Winters. Since red sweaters are so essential and you probably own or should own at least one this holiday season, I rounded up 5 red sweaters under $168.

Happy  Weekend!

4 Pieces Under $50

Happy Friday! I’m so excited hubby is off today even though he has an early meeting to pop in. When he gets home we will likely go get lunch and coffee at some of our favorites. I wait 2 weeks for this day. Anyhow, what am I wearing? Today I’m sharing some under $50 finds as some of my readers have asked for some under $50 buys. This outfit can be worn for the workday week or weekend drinks and affordable as it is versatile. Who What Wear is killing it with trendy and classic pieces: hello military buttons, updated sleeves and cut out heels. As a busy mom I’ll take any easy pieces I won’t cry over if my youngest hugs my legs with chocolate hands. Speaking from experience of course, but worth it.

What are you up to this weekend?
