Softest pullover (can be worn off-the-shoulder)

When the temps dip, I my favorite thing to reach for (besides fur-lined slides) is a cozy knit. While every sweater promises to be the coziest, I’ve edited them down to a handful I’ve worn and love. Meanwhile, still waiting on that cozy weather here in SoCal.

I’m also sharing some faves to accompany the sweater like cute leather pants and grey boots. Even though the temps say 86, I’m still reaching for hot drinks and feeling cozy indoors reading books with my kids on the couch. Happy Fall!

Sweaters make are some of my favorite looks. What is your favorite cozy look?

Happy Friday! Here are 6 belts I’m loving now. They give that necessary pop to an outfit and I’m loving them over sweaters, dresses, and tunics. Sometime a little waist jewelry is all you need to pull an outfit together. A good belt adds structure to a loose tunic and gold detail to an otherwise neutral outfit. Because few looks such as a belt, jeans, sweater and trench pull off laissez-faire so well. How do you wear yours?

shalice-30shalice-74shalice-69img_3563 shalice-19After 25 year of experience, San Francisco based designer Margaret O’Leary may make the softest, most cutting-edge sweaters around. One of my favorite outfits has to be a sweater (that’s not itchy but incredibly soft) worn with cutoffs. Seriously, right up there with picking apples, drinking hot apple cider, and breathing in the crisp fall air are CHUNKY KNIT SWEATERS, especially if they are made with cashmere. I think everybody can agree that everybody needs a little cashmere in their lives. In fact, these sweaters are the perfect hint to drop for birthdays or Christmas … or skip the hints and call it shopping therapy.
