Gingham is not just for picnics. It’s a fun-loving easy-to style print that I love with jeans, white pants or skirts. For example, I’ve had this beautiful gingham wrap dress in my closet forever  but it was too short on me, but then in dawned on me, I could pair a fluted navy skirt underneath. Midnight styling sessions while the kids sleep really is paying off. However, the 7am alarm clock is a rude awakening. Thankfully, my in-laws arrive next week. I’m always looking for a chic Little Black Dress. It’s universally flattering and eternally classic, you simply cannot go wrong. And did I mention it’s under $100? Reid often requests simple dresses when we go out, so I was excited to find this one. I may even include a trench once the sun goes down. Happy weekend everyone!
