Everyone needs a luxe piece that will upgrade any look. I could not stop wearing this one over fashion week. It went with everything and brought an edge to my usual black ensemble.  Although there’s little to no transition in seasons here in SoCal, we’ll be the family pretending with a trip to the pumpkin patch and pumpkin spice lattes. I’m told the latter really works in getting on that “fall mood” despite the 88 degree temps. If you’re wondering how to make this outfit work for legit cooler temps, think long blazer and black booties. Easy as (pumpkin) pie.

2016_07_23_ShaliceNoel9-557-Edit Express has stepped it up and I’m a big fan. I usually look for items I can wear over (and over) like this striped blouse (never enough stripes) and these flare pants. Since Los Angeles doesn’t have seasons, I will still manage to find a reason to don these flare pants and layer to my hearts content.Gotta love versatile and easy-to-style pieces! I’m loving this tank from Express’ One Eleven line with super soft modal blend and a built-in choker. So on trend and under $25. Virtually a no-brainer.
