I partnered with Topshop, sharing some of my favorite pieces, including this versatile leopard coat and cozy stripe sweater. I’m thankful Los Angeles is giving me an excuse to bust out the layers with all this rain we got this weekend. Don’t forget a pop of white to bring out the oversize stripes. I partnered with Vince Camuto to feature their newly launched watch collection, and I’m definitely a fan. I usually look for two thing when buying a watch: I prefer either silver or gold and I love an oversize head (Swarovsky crystals are a bonus). Whether I’m attending an event or a school function, I want practical but pretty, and easily versatile. Vince Camuto’s new line has quite a few options that fall into this category. Lucky us. And if you’re like me, and thinking ahead for Christmas, go ahead and forward this watch to the hubby. Sometimes they need ALL the hints. (Also comes in gold)

Tis the season – for parties and sequin pants! I think we all know that moment when we stand in front of our closet trying to find that perfect outfit for the holiday party–pizzaz and wow, without Too Much or Overdoing it. It’s a hard balance, folks. And here is where the sequin pants make their blessed appearance. Sequin pants (the one’s I’m wearing are $25!) and a black bell sleeved top is a great choice for pretty much any holiday event. It’s classy and sparkly, and affordable! I’m kind of obsessed with odd tees. Whether it be its shape, a random bow, unsymmetrical length, or a middle split, I’m diggin’ it. Of course, comfort is a huge plus and one that everybody should just assume. We have too many great options (and life stress!) to wear uncomfortable clothes. Because I’m not a cute-skirt-matching-separates type dresser, stylish comfy tees are a mainstay. If they have an edge to them, well shucks, all the better. Calling all pink lovers, I’m loving all things velvet, and pink is no exception. I love playing with one color, many textures and countless shades. Practically speaking, later, this tank and coat can later be paired with black jeans for a casual holiday party. This outfit is a testimony to the fact that three pieces (tank, skirt and coat) are all under $70, and can be luxed up with choice luxury accessories. Violà!
